Winners Package Policy
1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for participating in the Ibrah Car Awards Africa Festival and the Africa Luxury Automotive Award Initiative, organized by 100 Africa Entertainment Incorporated (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Organizer”). These Winner Package Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form a binding agreement between us and you (the “Winner”, “user”, “you”, or “your”) in relation to the services offered via our websites, digital platforms, media forms, mobile applications, and related platforms (collectively, the “Platform”).
Please review these Terms thoroughly before ordering any Winner Package.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
2.1 You may not use, reproduce, or share any content, visuals, or intellectual property—including screenshots—from our Platform on social media or other digital/print channels without our prior written consent.
2.2 Participation in our awards, including collecting votes or being declared a winner, does not grant rights to use our award name, logo, or associated branding unless explicitly authorized in writing.
2.3 Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of 100 Africa Entertainment Incorporated’s intellectual property rights and may result in the revocation of your Winner title and legal action.
3. FREE PLAN OBLIGATIONS
3.1 If you were nominated under a free plan and declared a Winner, you are required to purchase a Winner Package available on our Platform or communicated to you otherwise.
3.2 Failure to purchase a Winner Package within ten (10) days of internal winner announcement will result in cancellation of your title. You will also be invoiced a mandatory USD 499 nomination service fee covering:
- Nomination account creation and maintenance
- Voting badge and banner design
- Exclusive voting page hosting
- Jury and management review
- Voting analytics
Please note: Payment of this fee does not grant usage rights to the award logo, title, or related materials.
4. COMPLIMENTARY NOMINATION ELIGIBILITY
4.1 If you do not purchase a Winner Package after being declared a winner, you will be ineligible for complimentary nominations in future editions. This applies to your organization, affiliates, partners, and associated entities. Future participation will require a paid nomination plan.
5. REMOVAL RIGHTS
5.1 100 Africa Entertainment Incorporated reserves the right to list, delist, or remove any winner from the Platform for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason at our discretion.
6. WINNER'S RIGHTS
6.1 Upon purchasing a Winner Package, you are granted limited rights to use the award name, logo, badge, certificate, and official announcement for promotional purposes including:
- Website
- Social media
- Email campaigns
6.2 You may not use the names, logos, or materials of our partners, jury, or other award participants.
6.3 You may not modify or recreate any material issued by 100 Africa Entertainment Incorporated, including badges, certificates, and logos.
6.4 Winning does not grant entitlement to claim or associate any business performance (sales, traffic, etc.) with 100 Africa Entertainment Incorporated or its partners.
7. ORGANIZER RIGHTS
7.1 We reserve the right to use your limited company IP (name, logo, images, videos) in our marketing materials and those of our promotional partners.
7.2 If any services included in your package are omitted, please email support@100africaentertainment.com. Delivery timelines are:
- Digital materials: 3–4 weeks
- Physical items: 6–8 weeks
7.3 We may modify the Winner Package’s content, pricing, or validity without prior notice. Please confirm details before making payment.
7.4 Violation of these Terms may result in cancellation of your winner status and revocation of all rights to use award-related branding.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
8.1 Full payment and a completed Winner Package order form are required to initiate fulfillment.
8.2 All services and physical items are subject to availability. In the event of partial fulfillment, only the unfulfilled portion of the payment will be refunded.
8.3 Email, WhatsApp, or verbal confirmations without payment and documentation will not be considered valid orders.
9. DAMAGE TO PACKAGE CONTENTS
9.1 If physical materials (trophies, plaques, medals) are damaged during shipping, we will offer a one-time replacement. The damaged items must be returned within seven (7) days to be eligible.
10. PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
10.1 All inclusion details (e.g., number of emails, delivery timeline) are estimates and not guaranteed. We do not provide raw data or analytics related to these services.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTIONS
11.1 A single social media post will be scheduled within three (3) months of the winner announcement. Social posts follow a queue and timing may vary.
11.2 Listings (e.g., magazines or portals) are limited to basic company profiles. We do not guarantee leads or conversions.
11.3 No guarantees are provided for reach, engagement, or results from our digital marketing services.
12. REPRESENTATIVE IMAGES
12.1 Images shown on the Platform are for reference only. Actual product color, size, and design may vary slightly.
13. NO REFUNDS
13.1 All payments are final and non-refundable once services have been initiated or items shipped.
13.2 Personal expenses such as travel, accommodation, or meals related to our events are not refundable or covered by the Organizer.
13.3 Any marketing or promotional costs incurred by you independently are not reimbursable.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our control, including technical failures, strikes, war, acts of God, or regulatory restrictions.
15. PACKAGE MODIFICATIONS
We may cancel or amend any Winner Package inclusions due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are limited to the amount paid and contingent on the return of all received items.
16. ORDERING PROCEDURE
Please submit the completed order form to initiate service. In some cases, we may begin processing based on payment alone to expedite delivery.
17. MATERIALS SUBMISSION
If we request content (e.g., photos for magazines, social banners), you must supply it on time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the relevant service with no refund.
18. GALA EVENT PASSES
18.1 Complimentary tickets to gala events are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to your payment completion.
18.2 These passes include access to:
- Stage announcement
- Photography (self-managed)
- Food and beverages
18.3 We are not liable for local taxes, import duties, or logistics-related costs.
18.4 Complimentary items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or claimed.
18.5 We reserve the right to charge for access passes at our discretion based on availability.
19. EVENT CHANGES
We may change the date or venue of gala events. Notifications will be sent to your registered contact details and considered legally sufficient.
20. SHIPPING AND TAXES
20.1 Winner Package pricing excludes shipping costs. If we charge additional shipping, we cover only courier fees. All local import duties or taxes are your responsibility.
21. FREEBIES AND COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES
Any free items included in your Winner Package are non-redeemable, non-exchangeable, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
22. DELIVERY TIMELINE
22.1 Delay in submitting your order form after payment may result in delivery delays.
22.2 Delivery schedules commence only after full payment and completed documentation.
